Authenticated command execution via undisclosed web handler
Published Feb 28, 2023 · Updated Mar 7, 2025
Command injection in the ArubaOS web-based management interface allows remote authenticated users to execute privileged operating-system commands. HPE has not published the affected request handler, input field, or the operation that passes untrusted input to an operating-system command. Administrative access to the management interface is required, after which exploitation grants full control of the device operating system.
