Persistent access via stale Azure AD permissions

Improper authorization in Rancher 2.6.7 through 2.6.12 and 2.7.0 through 2.7.3 allows remote authenticated users to retain access via active sessions. Rancher persists Azure AD-derived permissions in active UI, kubeconfig, and API-key sessions and does not refresh them after group downgrades or removal. Azure AD integration and an existing affected session are required; retained permissions survive pod restarts until the user logs out and authenticates again.
