Authenticated code execution via forged JWTs

Authentication weakness in NeuVector 5.2.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code through forged JWTs. Manager and API authentication trust JWTs signed with a built-in reusable certificate, allowing its recovered signing key to mint accepted tokens. A valid low-privileged account and network access to the Manager or REST API are required; forged authorization can reach custom compliance-script execution.
