Resource exhaustion in Rockwell Automation Kinetix 5700 DC Bus Power Supply firmware 13.001 allows remote attackers to interrupt service. Malformed CIP messages exhaust device resources until the supply refuses new EtherNet/IP connections. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the connection loss prevents normal power-supply operations.
