Improper access control in Nokia WaveLite Metro 200 before R2.1.1 allows local users to create administrator accounts via web requests. The web management interface accepts a manipulated account-creation request, but Nokia has not published the affected endpoint or exact authorization failure. Exploitation requires local access and omitted Security Hardening guide rules; successful use adds a privileged account and enables administrative control.
