Unauthenticated service interruption via database-port messages

Incorrect authorization in Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Geo SCADA Expert before October 2022 allows remote attackers to interrupt the server. The database server listener processes specific unauthenticated TCP messages without the required authorization checks, causing loss of service. Reachability requires network access to the database port, which uses TCP port 5481 by default; the vendor has not disclosed whether interruption is a hang, crash, or reboot.
