CVE-2023-22583Network attack vector

Database disclosure via login-form SQL injection

Published Jun 11, 2023 · Updated Jan 9, 2025

SQL injection in Danfoss AK-EM 100 before 2.2.0.12 allows remote attackers to read database data through the device's login form. The login form inserts attacker-controlled input into a database query without safely neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling UNION-based extraction through the response Location header. No authentication or user interaction is required; a single quote exposes a SQL error, while crafted UNION input returns database contents in the response.
