CVE-2023-22581Network attack vector

Unauthenticated command execution via undisclosed web input

Published Apr 24, 2023 · Updated Mar 11, 2025

Improper input validation in CERN White Rabbit Switch 6.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute system commands. DIVD has not published the affected web-interface locus or the input-validation operation that passes attacker-controlled data to command execution. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the default web server runs as root, so command execution grants control of the appliance.
