Local privilege escalation in Dell Repository Manager 3.4.2 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary programs with high privileges. Dell has not published the exact unsafe privilege operation performed by the Installation module. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a non-default installation path; it can compromise the host and interrupt the service.
