Remote service interruption via connection memory leaks

Memory exhaustion in rovinbhandari FTP through 96c1a35 allows remote attackers to interrupt service through repeated client connections. The server accept loop allocates client_info, and serve_client allocates a packet buffer, but neither allocation is freed after disconnection. Unauthenticated clients need only connect and terminate repeatedly; each cycle leaks 520 bytes until memory pressure interrupts service.
