Permission escalation via unlocked prompt streams

Race condition in Deno 1.9 through 1.29.2 allows context-dependent attackers to spoof interactive permission prompts through worker output. The permission prompter fails to lock standard input and output while awaiting confirmation, allowing concurrent worker output to clear and replace the displayed request. Exploitation requires a timing-sensitive Web Worker race, an attached interactive terminal, and user acceptance, which can grant permissions for an action different from the one displayed.
