Remote named-pipe access via configuration flag reset

Improper initialization in affected Tokio releases allows remote authenticated users to access Windows named pipes through an SMB share. The ServerOptions::pipe_mode method overwrites the shared creation-mode bit field, clearing the default or explicitly enabled reject_remote_clients flag. Exploitation requires an application to call pipe_mode and expose the pipe path through SMB; access remains limited to that application's pipe interface.
