Cross-site scripting via incomplete SVG deny-list

Cross-site scripting in @mattkrick/sanitize-svg before 0.4.0 allows context-dependent attackers to run script through crafted SVG files. The sanitizeSVG function checks only root on-event attributes and literal script elements, allowing JavaScript-bearing anchor and foreignObject elements to pass unchanged. Exploitation requires a downstream application to accept the sanitized SVG and expose it to a browser; resulting script runs in that application's origin context.
