Code execution via undersized instruction buffer

Out-of-bounds read in JTEKT Kostac PLC Programming Software 1.6.9.0 and earlier allows attackers to execute code via a crafted project file. The project-file parser allocates an insufficient buffer for PLC program instructions and reads beyond that buffer while processing them. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted file, exposing process memory and enabling arbitrary code execution in the user's application context.
