Unauthenticated FPC crash via malformed IPsec6 traffic

Improper exceptional-condition handling in Junos OS on MX Series allows remote attackers to crash an FPC with crafted IPv4 traffic. The IPsec library mishandles specific IPv4 packets traversing an IPsec6 tunnel, causing mspmand to core and restart and the FPC to crash. Exposure requires an MS-MPC or MS-MIC card and a multiservice interface without an IPv4 address; repeated packets sustain the traffic interruption.
