Unauthenticated ICCP disruption via excessive traffic

Resource exhaustion in the Junos OS PFE on QFX10K Series allows remote attackers to disrupt ICCP synchronization with excessive traffic. The Packet Forwarding Engine allocates resources for specific traffic without limits or throttling, exhausting capacity on the local device. Affected devices must use ICCP in an MC-LAG topology; exploitation causes connection flaps and synchronization failures without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
