Network denial of service via CoS queue misclassification
Published Jan 12, 2023 · Updated Apr 7, 2025
Denial of service in Juniper Networks Junos OS on ACX2K Series devices allows remote attackers to delay high-priority traffic. Class-of-service queue management misclassifies specific packets into a queue reserved for BGP, PIM, ICMP, ICMPv6 ND, and ISAKMP traffic. An unauthenticated network attacker must sustain a high rate of those packets, delaying other traffic for as long as the flood continues; only legacy PPC-based ACX2K devices are affected.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
