Path traversal in GitHub Enterprise Server 3.7 before 3.7.6 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files through a Pages build. The Pages build pipeline fails to confine file paths to the site workspace, although GitHub has not disclosed the affected function or input field. Exploitation requires permission to create and build a GitHub Pages site, and the disclosed consequence is confined to files readable by the build process.
