Authenticated WebUI password alteration
Published May 10, 2023 · Updated Jan 28, 2025
Improper privilege management in SkyBridge MB-A100/A110 firmware 4.2.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter the WebUI password. Public advisories do not identify the WebUI handler or authorization check that incorrectly permits the password change. Exploitation requires valid WebUI access; WAN reachability is disabled by default, and the bounded impact is modification of the management password.
