Active debug code in OMRON CP1L-EL20DR-D all versions allows remote attackers to execute code via an unauthenticated FINS command. The controller accepts a command absent from the FINS specification without authentication, exposing arbitrary device-memory reads and writes. Network access to FINS port 9600 is sufficient; memory writes can overwrite firmware, interrupt controller service, or run arbitrary code.
