Arbitrary file upload via path traversal

Path traversal in DOS SS1 13.1.0.40 and earlier and Rakuraku PC Cloud Agent 2.1.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to upload files. The file-receiving function accepts a crafted path and writes the received file outside its intended directory. Alone, the flaw permits arbitrary file placement; combined with CVE-2023-22335 and CVE-2023-22344, it enables script execution with SYSTEM privileges.
