Privileged stack disclosure via stale DataSize

Use of an uninitialized resource in Intel NUC BIOS firmware allows privileged local users to disclose DXE stack memory. ProcessTcgSetup lets GetVariable enlarge DataSize, then SetVariable uses that stale size to copy bytes beyond a one-byte stack value into TpmOldvar. A privileged local user must first store an oversized TpmOldvar value and then reboot; the next boot exposes residual stack bytes through NVRAM.
