Unrestricted externally accessible lock in Checkmk Appliance Webconf before 1.6.5 allows remote attackers to interrupt the web service. The published vendor and CNA materials identify an externally accessible lock but do not disclose the locked resource, endpoint, or request sequence. The Webconf interface must be enabled and network-reachable; no authentication or user interaction is required, and the reported consequence is availability loss only.
