Authenticated command execution via unchecked firewall-log argument

OS command injection in Milesight UR32L 32.3.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through a crafted network request. The /cgi yruo_debug_firewall get handler inserts the command value into an iptables command string and passes it to popen without exhaustive metacharacter checks. Low-privileged management access is required, after which injected shell syntax executes with the service's privileges.
