Unauthenticated information disclosure via external entity expansion

XXE in UpdateCommandStream in Adobe RoboHelp Server 11.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to read data through crafted XML. The method permits external entity declarations, causing its XML parser to fetch an attacker-specified URI and insert the response into the document. No authentication or user interaction is required, and retrieved content is exposed in the context of the Windows LOCAL SERVICE account.
