An Infrastructure flaw in Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking allows remote authenticated users to read or alter banking data via HTTP. Oracle identifies only the Infrastructure component and has not published the flawed function, request handler, or unsafe operation. Exploitation requires low-privileged HTTP access and interaction by another person, and can expose a subset of data, alter records, and partially interrupt service.
