Denial of service in Oracle MySQL Server 8.0.33 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to hang or repeatedly crash the server. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Server: DML and has not published the malformed operation or input that triggers the failure. Exploitation requires a high-privilege MySQL account and network access over the MySQL Protocol; the reported consequence is service interruption only.
