Information disclosure in Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework 8, 9, and 10 allows remote authenticated users to access critical data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the API and has not published the operation that mishandles untrusted input. A low-privileged account and network access to the HTTP service are required; successful exploitation exposes all data accessible through the framework without modifying it or interrupting service.
