Denial of service in Oracle Database Sharding 19.3 through 19.20 and 21.3 through 21.11 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. Oracle has not published the faulty operation or input handling within the Database Sharding component. Exploitation over Oracle Net requires Create Session, Create Any View, and Select Any Table privileges plus interaction by another person, and the reported effect is a partial service interruption.
