Adjacent-network disclosure of notification service data
Published Oct 17, 2023 · Updated Sep 13, 2024
Data disclosure in Oracle Notification Server in Oracle Database 19.3 through 19.20 and 21.3 through 21.11 allows attackers to read data via TLS. Oracle has not disclosed the operation within Oracle Notification Server that mishandles TLS traffic or exposes the data. Exploitation requires unauthenticated access to the same physical communication segment and reveals only a subset of service-accessible data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=19.3 <=19.20
