Missing authentication in Oracle WebLogic Server 12.2.1.3.0 Core allows remote attackers to take over the server via T3 or IIOP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Core and has not published the specific function or operation that mishandles unauthenticated input. Network access to an enabled T3 or IIOP service is sufficient; successful exploitation grants complete control of the WebLogic Server instance.
