Data compromise in Oracle Database Server PL/SQL 19.3 through 19.20 and 21.3 through 21.11 allows remote authenticated users to alter data. Oracle has not published the vulnerable PL/SQL routine or the operation it performs incorrectly on untrusted input. Exploitation requires Create Session and Execute on SYS.UTL_HTTP privileges, network access through Oracle Net, and interaction by another person; successful attacks expose and modify a subset of accessible data and partially interrupt service.
