Information disclosure in the Portal component of Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.59 and 8.60 allows remote attackers to read critical data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected Portal endpoint or the operation that exposes data to unauthenticated requests. No credentials or user interaction are required, and successful exploitation reads any data accessible through PeopleTools.
