Improper access control in Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.59 and 8.60 Portal allows local users to take over PeopleTools. Oracle has not published the affected Portal function, the untrusted input it accepts, or the access-control operation it performs incorrectly. A user must already have a logon to the host infrastructure where PeopleTools runs; successful exploitation grants full control of PeopleTools data and service.
