Oracle iProcurement 12.2.3 through 12.2.12 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify procurement data over HTTP. Oracle has not published the nature of the flaw in the E-Content Manager Catalog component or the operation performed on untrusted input. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and interaction by another person, and the resulting data access can affect additional products.
