Unauthenticated data disclosure modification and service interruption
Published Apr 18, 2023 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
An undisclosed flaw in Oracle WebLogic Server Core 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.4.0 allows remote attackers to alter or read data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected request path, parser, function, or incorrect operation performed on attacker-controlled HTTP input. Exploitation requires no authentication but has high attack complexity; successful attacks can also partially interrupt the service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
