Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins Code Dx Plugin 3.1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to connect Jenkins to an arbitrary URL. The doFillProjectIdItems, doCheckSelfSignedCertificateFingerprint, and doCheckUrl endpoints accept attacker-controlled URLs without requiring POST requests, causing outbound connections. A victim browser session with Overall/Read access must submit the crafted request; the documented result is a blind request to an attacker-selected destination.
