Uncontrolled resource consumption in Oracle InForm Core versions before 6.3.1.3 or 7.0.0.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via HTTP. Oracle identifies Core and HTTP, but public materials do not disclose the request handler, crafted input, or resource consumed. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful requests cause only a partial service interruption, with no confidentiality or integrity impact.
