Denial of service in Oracle Database Recovery Manager 19c and 21c allows remote authenticated users to hang or repeatedly crash RMAN. Oracle has not published the defective operation or input-handling path within the Recovery Manager component. Exploitation requires Local SYSDBA privilege and Oracle Net access; the documented consequence is a hang or repeatedly reproducible crash, without confidentiality or integrity impact.
