Information disclosure in Oracle Siebel CRM UI Framework 23.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read CRM data over HTTP. Oracle identifies the UI Framework as the affected component but has not published the flawed request handler or the operation that exposes data. A low-privileged Siebel account and network access to the HTTP interface are required; successful exploitation grants access to critical data or all data accessible through Siebel CRM.
