Improper access control in Oracle Banking Virtual Account Management 14.5 through 14.7 allows remote authenticated users to read or modify data. Oracle identifies the affected locus as Routing Hub but has not published the faulty access-control operation or the untrusted input that reaches it. Exploitation requires high privileges, HTTP network access, and interaction by another person; successful attacks can read, create, delete, or modify any accessible data.
