An undisclosed flaw in Oracle Collaborative Planning 12.2.3 through 12.2.12 allows remote attackers to modify critical data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Installation component but does not disclose the flawed operation or how an HTTP request reaches it. No credentials or user interaction are required, and successful exploitation permits creation, deletion, or modification of any data accessible to the application.
