Improper access control in Oracle Learning Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.12 allows remote attackers to modify critical data over HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Setup component and has not published the request handler or access-control operation that fails. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation permits creation, deletion, or modification of all application-accessible data.
