Privilege management failure in Oracle Communications Convergence 3.0.3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to take over the service via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Admin Configuration and has not published the incorrect operation that permits the privilege boundary to be crossed. A low-privileged account and network reachability to the HTTP interface are required; successful exploitation compromises confidentiality, integrity, and availability across the service.
