Authorization flaw in the Panel Processor in Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.60 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data. Oracle has not published the specific Panel Processor operation that fails to enforce authorization on HTTP-supplied input. Low-privileged network access is required; successful exploitation permits reading a subset of accessible data and updating, inserting, or deleting some accessible data.
