Improper authentication in Oracle WebLogic Server 12.2.1.3.0, 12.2.1.4.0, and 14.1.1.0.0 allows remote attackers to read application data. Oracle identifies the Core component but has not disclosed the authentication operation that mishandles untrusted T3 or IIOP traffic. Unauthenticated network access to either protocol is sufficient, and successful exploitation exposes critical or all server-accessible data without reported modification or service interruption.
