Denial of service in Oracle MySQL Server 8.0.31 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to hang or repeatedly crash the server. Oracle identifies the affected component only as Server: DML and has not published the malformed operation or code path that mishandles it. Exploitation requires high database privileges and MySQL Protocol network access, and the reported consequence is service interruption without data disclosure or modification.
