Memory corruption via invalid FDCL data length

Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon's GPS HLOS Driver allows local users to corrupt memory by supplying invalid-length FDCL data. The injectFdclData path accepts the supplied length without properly validating the resulting array index before processing the buffer. Exploitation requires high local privileges and no user interaction; successful exploitation exposes or alters protected data and interrupts the affected service.
