Integer overflow in Qualcomm Snapdragon RIL firmware allows local users with high privileges to corrupt memory through an APDU request. The qcril_uim_request_apdu path performs integer arithmetic that can overflow before a buffer operation, causing memory corruption. Exploitation requires local access and high privileges; successful triggering can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability within the RIL context.
