Local memory corruption via unchecked buffer copy

Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon Data Network Stack and Connectivity firmware allows local users to corrupt memory during SIM detection. The component copies telephony response data without checking the destination buffer size when processing SIM detection. Exploitation requires high local privileges and no user interaction; successful corruption can compromise data and interrupt the device.
